Various bits of doings in the past weeks or so... ehehe. Read, long ago, "The Clerkenwell Tales" and "Dan Leno & the Limehouse golem" & some of Mr. Coward's elegant plays and watched "Saving Face" and probably something else. Recently "Harry Potter" and "Douches Froides", both good in their own ways. Ate at a little place WD recommended for its mix&match pastas, mine was surprisingly rather edible with a very nutty al pesto (if only it had more spice) but what travesty I lashed it with tabasco and it wasnt bad in the least. Managed to get a snitch of "Zazie" and listened to Emmylou Harris. She is really very good. |
